    Job Title – Presales Manager

    Location - Ahmedabad

    Experience :- 8 to 10 Years

    Job Timings : 10 AM to 07 PM (2nd and 4th Saturday week off)

    • Demonstrate that they are an individual that forms the link between the business, the engineering and architecture teams for DX, IOT & AR projects
    • Converse knowledgeably about new technologies in Internet of Things, AR, development & testing practices and be able to follow as well as contribute in technical design discussions.
    • Create impactful presentations, backed by market intelligence, to support the sales / Account Owners on specific pursuits.
    • Create IOT domain led value propositions related to DX, IOT & AR digital solutions and industry centric alliances to support client meetings, technical aspects of bids preparation and overall business growth
    • Engage with client to understand requirement, KPI and Process and other important aspects and derive solution by mapping technology
    • Work closely with Sales and Solutions Development teams
    • Identify how the Internet of Things solution can improve our clients- organisational efficiency, reduce their costs or deliver new services to their customers
    • Understand the application of IoT in manufacturing, pharma, Chemical, Utility, CPG/FMCG/ Energy, etc.
    • Need to understand the terminology used and can translate concepts and solutions into commercial outcomes
    • Will manage plans to gain approval of business requirements and be involved in technical design and specifications, functional specifications and test strategies.
    • Track issues and progress against project plans and host internal and external meeting
    • Provide hands-on support to the developers and must have good experience of this nature, not just at consultative level.
    • Involve in Acceptance Testing of deliverables before they are handed them over to our clients
    • Demonstrate a strong ability to position Organization service offerings in the context of the customers industry and the customers own performance.
    • Actively participate and contribute to account mining / cross-sell activities and follow them up by pitching relevant capabilities to help create new opportunities.
    • Create and maintain an effective knowledge management system to support all the phases of the opportunity lifecycle. Additionally update the sales team on the new solution offerings.
    • Create collaterals and case studies based on offerings and work delivered by Organization, demonstrating the ability to address customers specific business needs.
    • Monitor customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
    • Strategic Engagements with the partners & alliances.
