Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end IT recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and database
- Meeting hiring targets within timelines
