Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and database
• Meeting hiring targets within timelines
