Role Overview:

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness of various financial models and risk management practices.

You will lead and execute model performance monitoring, validation, and redocumentation projects across a diverse range of derivative products and models.

This role demands proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Matlab, and statistical modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead model performance monitoring, validation, and redocumentation projects.
• Identify, quantify, and validate model risks, providing actionable recommendations.
• Independently or collaboratively perform initial and ongoing model validation tasks.
• Develop and implement robust testing procedures using coding frameworks like C# and C++.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline model documentation.
• Manage and mentor a team of risk and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in financial engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Matlab, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of market risk management principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Location and Compensation: This position is located for Mumbai/Chennai, and compensation will be based on industry standards.
