• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative solutions aimed at optimizing various stages of the textile and apparel supply chain
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to identify opportunities for innovation, considering environmental impact, traceability, ethical standards, and efficiency gains
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, sustainable practices, and industry trends relevant to cotton production and supply chains.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of integrating new technologies and practices into our supply chain processes.
• Foster collaborative relationships with crossfunctional teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders to exchange insights and integrate innovative practices seamlessly.
• Act as a liaison between us and external innovators, research institutions, and technology providers to explore potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives on sustainability goals and operational efficiency.
• Regularly analyze and interpret data to assess the performance of implemented innovations, suggesting datadriven actions for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with relevant teams to address challenges and obstacles, adapting strategies as needed to overcome barriers to successful implementation.
• Develop training programs and materials to educate internal teams and external partners on new innovations and sustainable practices.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development to ensure that stakeholders are equipped to embrace and implement innovative solutions effectively.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards for sustainability and innovation in the cotton industry.
• Ensure that all innovation initiatives comply with legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams as needed
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of innovation projects, including methodologies, outcomes, and lessons learned
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing innovation initiatives' progress, impact, and future plans.

• Proven experience in a seniorlevel role focused on innovation, preferably in sustainable agriculture or supply chain management.
• Track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions positively impacting business operations.

• Master's degree in agriculture/sustainability studies with addon qualifications in technology.
• Understanding of sustainable practices, preferably in the context of the cotton industry.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in sustainable development
