    • Experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role
    • Proficient in company secretarial work and office management

    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
    • Familiarity with MS Office suite and digital tools for scheduling and coordination

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level secretarial support to Managing Director (MD)
    • Handle company secretarial work and maintain confidentiality
    • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently
    • Act as a Personal Assistant (PA) to the MD
    • Manage travel arrangements and organize business itineraries
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
    • Coordinate communication and correspondence on behalf of the MD

    Location:Coimbatore

    Salary :25k-35k(Negotiable)
