    What You'll Do

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate raw data for utmost accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide insightful analysis to inform sales strategies.

    Sales Data Analysis:

    Gain insights into sales productivity, lead analysis, RCA, and process gaps.

    CRM Data Hygiene & Compliance:

    Maintain data accuracy and monitor CRM activity.

    Data/Document Collation:

    Collate data from teams to ensure completeness and readiness for reports.

    HubSpot Administration:

    Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM system for data accuracy and platform reliability.

    Key Skills:

    • Strong understanding of CRM processes, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM experience.
    • At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, HubSpot CRM).
    • Experience with data migration and custom CRM implementations.
    • Ai/ChatGPT experience will be preferred but not required.
