    Must have 2-5 years in Finance SOP Compliance, preferably from a Pharma background

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance SOP Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.

    Responsibilities:

    SOP Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Regularly review and update existing SOPs to ensure they align with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Statutory Compliance:

  • Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure the organization's financial practices adhere to statutory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify financial compliance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on financial compliance status, highlighting potential areas of improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records related to financial processes and compliance activities.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment on compliance-related matters.

  • Requirements:

    Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additional certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.
  • Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Finance SOP Compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Skills:
