- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, visuals, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate and test ideas effectively.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Iterate designs based on test results and stakeholder inputs.
- Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Create design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design system components. Maintain consistency and coherence across digital platforms.
- A bachelor/master's degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related design discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a similar role.
- A UX design portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good knowledge of Figma and other tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, and Android will be a plus.
