    JobDescription:
    1. Manage entire salesprocess for the Area and drive revenues for all our products in theArea through the area sales teams.
    2. Ensureadherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all salesteams and channel partners in theArea.
    3. Implement sales and marketing plans (asper organization strategy) for driving revenues market share andprofitability of all products in the Area in collaboration with theBranch Sales Team.
    4. Followup and ensure closureof product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing teamor other departments.
    5. Negotiate rates &service offers with customers as per the set purviews inconsultation with Area head on casetocasebasis.
    6. Develop & retain existingcustomers and achieve base targets set for the products on monthlybasis.

    Education/Experience

    Experience( no. of years if any): Min 2 years in FieldSalesNumber of positions available:2Industry Preference &ndash CourierLogistics industry would be most preferred candidates with fieldsales experience from service industry background will befine.Location: Anna Nagar &Sriperumbudur &ndash Chennai.Anyother specifications
    1. Must beGraduate (minimum UG).
    2. Twowheeler with valid DLis mandatory.
    3. Candidates should have goodknowledge on Chennai&rsquo sTopography.
    4. Excellent English comm skillsshould be able to speak in Tamil aswell.
    5. Salary &ndash up to 7.5L (30%hike from current pay).
    6. 6 days&rsquowork a week Sunday off.
