    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and management information systems (MIS). The Candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis activities, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and assisting in the development and maintenance of MIS systems. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Analysis:
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    • Evaluate the financial performance of business units and identify areas for optimization.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases for investment proposals.
    1. Budgeting:
    • Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and forecasts.
    • Collaborate with departmental managers to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
    1. Reporting:
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
    1. Management Information Systems (MIS):
    • Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of MIS systems.
    • Ensure that MIS systems capture relevant financial and operational data accurately.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of MIS systems
    1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on financial goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified chartered Accountant with 2-6 yrs of experience.
    • Proven experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and MIS.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
