Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining sales operations by pitching & designing.
• Outlining and managing sales budgets.
• Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and - providing detailed sales forecasting.
• Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership -team at company meetings.
• Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
• 7 Managing/leading sales & design discussions. - Output: Managing their productivity & work output.
• Customer experience & relationship management.
• Handling sales & designing for 5-6 projects month-on-month.
• Managing smooth transition of leads.
• Assisting clients with appropriate material selection from the market.
• Should have good knowledge on Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, 3DS Max.
• Good and confident communication skills in English.
• Should be up-to-date with material knowledge as per current market trend.
• Should be able to handle escalations at all fronts.
