Responsibilities

• Handling varies claims – Fire, Marine Cargo, WC, Engineering, Miscellaneous from end to end.
• Deputation of surveyors/investigators for claims verification
• Provide professional advice and support throughout the claims process to customer and surveyors.
• Analyses of the policy and to advise UW team on the gaps in coverage.
• Claims value up to 1 Lakh, need to conduct virtual inspections and advising on the self-survey.
• Major loss site visit if required along with surveyor.
• Speaking and liasoning with customer, agent, brokers on timely manner.
• Documents management
• MIS management

Qualifications

• Technical Background is good to have or experience in the relevant commercial claims.
• Licentiate / Associate in III
• Surveyor license also added advantage.
• Good Communication Skills
• Negotiation Skills
