    Description

    Role Overview :

    We are looking for a skilled Java SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have primary expertise in SailPoint development and Java development, with a strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts.

    As a Java SailPoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Identity and Access Management systems using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), leveraging your Java programming skills and knowledge of code deployment processes.

    Responsibilities :

    Design and develop Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Develop custom SailPoint IIQ connectors, workflows, rules, and policies to meet business needs.

    Implement access certification campaigns and manage access requests within SailPoint IIQ.

    Design and implement code deployment processes for SailPoint IIQ configurations and customizations.

    Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in IAM solutions.

    Work closely with the development team to integrate SailPoint IIQ with other systems and applications.

    Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams.

    Participate in agile projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

    Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

    Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations.

    Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in SailPoint and IAM technologies.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint development and Java development.

    Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including custom connector development, workflows, rules, and policies.

    Very good Java programming skills, with experience in developing enterprise-grade applications. Understanding of code deployment processes and tools.

    Exposure to agile projects and methodologies.

    Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and principles.

    Experience with code deployment processes and tools.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Nice to Have :

    Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

    Experience with other IAM solutions such as Okta, Azure Active Directory, or ForgeRock.

    Knowledge of security standards and protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

    Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
