    Job Description:

    Diversified is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. This pivotal role will provide essential support to our Strategic Account Directors, enabling them to focus more on nurturing key client relationships and driving business growth. The Sales Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for our key strategic clients across the EMEA region, working closely with the Account Directors to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and exceptional customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Support POC for Key Strategic Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for our key strategic clients in the EMEA region, working in close conjunction with EMEA Account Directors to address their day-to-day requirements and inquiries.

    2. Direct Client Contact and Engagement: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide support for small projects, collaboration rooms, and ad hoc refresh works and hardware supply (box shifts).

    3. Qualification and Ratification of Project/Supply Requirements: Qualify and ratify project and supply requirements in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with global designs and technology standards.

    4. Pricing and Proposal Submission: Prepare pricing proposals in line with client requirements and global standards, working closely with internal teams to finalize proposals ahead of purchase order (PO) submission.

    5. Sales Order Processing: Upon receipt of client PO, submit and process orders in coordination with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    6. Sales Handover to Operations: Facilitate the smooth handover of small projects to operations, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure successful project execution.

    7. Hardware Supply Management: Collaborate with internal procurement teams to track hardware supply ETAs and provide regular updates to clients.

    8. Client Communication: Provide regular updates and communication to clients regarding hardware supply ETAs and project progress.

    9. General Sales Support Admin: Assist Account Directors with general sales support administrative tasks as required to streamline sales operations and support client engagements.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales support or client-facing roles, preferably within the AV services industry or related technology sector.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process, project management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive client relationships.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
