    Roles and Responsibilities :

    ServiceNow Development : Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize and enhance ITSM and ITOM/CMDB modules to meet organizational needs.

    -Scripting : Utilize scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to enhance and extend ServiceNow functionalities.

    Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

    Configuration Management : Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for accurate and up-to-date configuration information.

    Incident and Problem Management : Implement and optimize ITSM processes, including incident and problem management, to enhance service delivery.

    Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

    Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.

    Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within ServiceNow and implement best practices. Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and functionalities, providing recommendations for their implementation.

    User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of ServiceNow applications.

    Compliance and Security : Ensure that ServiceNow implementations adhere to security policies and compliance standards.

    Skills :

    ITSM, CMDB, Scripting Catalogues, items, configurations, roles etc.

    HRSD module : Maintaining/Building new services/templates/configurations/roles etc.

    Flow Designer: Creating/Maintaining existing flows, sub-flows, actions etc.

    Scripting : Script Includes / Server-side scripting / Client-side scripts / Reusable scripts Application Portals Agent Workspaces ACL / User Roles / Permissions etc.

    Forms : Theming / Dynamic fields / Custom forms / widgets Update sets: Creating / Importing / Exporting / Merging etc. Debugging
