    The Guest Service Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. This includes ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process, verifying guest satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supporting Management of Front Desk Team: Lead, influence, and encourage team members to advocate sound financial business decision making, demonstrate honesty, integrity, and lead by example.
    • Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals: Manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards, and meet customer expectations on a daily basis.
    • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: Provide services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention, improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, and provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED, 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with no work experience required.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead, influence, and encourage team members, and demonstrate honesty, integrity, and lead by example.
    • Ability to manage day-to-day operations, ensure quality standards, and meet customer expectations on a daily basis, and provide services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention.
