Process & Project Engineer -We are seeking a proficient and dynamic individual from India to join our team as Process & Project Engineer for our formaldehyde and resins plant located in Egypt.

The plant is a continuous process with state-of-the art DCS based control systems.

Process &

Project Engineering Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Carry out process calculations like heat and material balance, sizing of all equipment, piping, control valve, utilities etc.
• Carry out debottlenecking and expansion studies for the process plants, utilities and offsite facilities.
• Track metrics related to raw materials, utilities, energy etc. to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades. Develop strategy for catalyst replacement based on cost benefit and other metrics.
• Utilize process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.
• Carry out cost benefit analysis and ROI calculations for modifications

Prepare project proposals for debottlenecking /expansion projects and new product development project.Process Engineer

Qualifications/Skills:
QualificationBE / ME / PhD in Chemical Engineering

from reputed institution with excellent academic record in high school and university at all levelsMinimum experience of 10 years in reputed continuous manufacturing plants in similar capacity and profile.

Experience in EPCM companies coupled with manufacturing plant experience is desirable.

Desired Skills

• Excellent analytical and math skills
• Excellent chemical engineering calculations skill with hands on knowledge of process simulation and engineering design calculations using software packages.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
• Proficient with computer and information technology

●Working knowledge of AUTO CAD preferred

Minimum Experience -> 10 years

Compensation Offered- Good Salary, Commensurate with experience.
