    Role Description:

    As a account specialist, you must oversee the efficient records handling, movement, and storage of goods. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects of cost management, contributing to the overall success of an organization. Here are the key roles and responsibilities:

    Documenting Financial Transactions:

    record financial transactions, including income, expenses, and investments.

    Proven experience in similar profile

    Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

    Awareness of business trends

    Familiarity with financial accounting statements

    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

    Advanced MS Excel skills including Lookup and pivot tables

    Accuracy and attention to detail

    Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

    Experience using financial software (Tally)

    Knowledge of financial regulations

    Excellent analytical and numerical skills

    Sharp time management skills

    Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

    Vendor Relations:

    Building and maintaining robust relationships with vendors and suppliers is crucial.

    Negotiation, contracts, ensure quality standards, and monitor timely deliveries.

    Strong partnerships for operational success.

    Inventory Management:

    Effective procurement and inventory management are key.

    Monitors stock levels, forecasts demand, and implements just-in-time inventory systems.

    Focus to reducing excess stock and associated costs while meeting consumer demands.

    Cost Management:

    Developing cost-effective logistics strategies is part of their responsibility.

    This includes budgeting, expense control, and identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.

    Ensuring the financial health of logistics operations is essential.

    Support Transportation Coordination:

    Overseeing transportation involves arranging the movement of goods.

    Ensure optimal transportation methods and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

    Support Daily Import-Export Support:

    Handle day-to-day import and export tasks.

    Import checklist approval, coordinating with Turkey and China team on daily basis.

    Conduct Restricted Party Screening to prevent transactions with restricted entities.

    Collaborate with the team to improve import-export compliance processes.

    Essential Skills :

    Strategic Planning:

    Ability to develop and implement effective financial & planning strategies.

    Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in analyzing data to improve processes.

    Leadership:

    Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    B com / M COM / MBA / CMA

    Relevant degrees in fields such as business & account administration, operations management, or industrial engineering are also accepted.

    Work Experience: 5 to 7 years with relevant industry.
