    JobSummary:We are seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible foridentifying new business opportunities building and maintainingclient relationships and negotiating and closing business deals.This role requires a driven individual who is adept at multitaskingwith excellent communication and negotiationskills.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Identifypotential clients in the target market and complete appropriateresearch on the prospective client s businessneeds.
    • Develop relationships with prospectiveclients while maintaining existing clientrelationships.
    • Negotiate contract terms withclients and communicate terms tostakeholders.
    • Collaborate with design andproduction teams to ensure contracted product specifications areexecuted on time and as agreed.
    • Become asubject matter expert on our business products processes andoperations and remain uptodate on industrynews.
    • Develop and implement strategic salesplans to accommodate corporate goals.
    • Prepareperiodic sales reports showing sales volume potential sales andareas of proposed client baseexpansion.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business marketing or relatedfield.
    • 02 years of sales or marketingexperience.
    • Strong communication skills and ITfluency.
    • Ability to manage complex projects andmultitask.
    • Excellent organizationalskills.
    • Ability to flourish with minimalguidance be proactive and handleuncertainty.
    • Proficient in Word Excel Outlookand PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computerfor varioustasks.

    PreferredSkills:
    • Proven salestrack record.
    • Experience in customerrelationship management.
    • Knowledge of CRMsoftware and tools.
    • Understanding of the salesprocess and dynamics.
