    Description
    The Chief Financial Officer(CFO) will be a key member of the executive team and will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys accountingand financial functions. The CFO will play a crucial role inensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting whileproviding strategic financial guidance to support the companysgrowth and profitability.KeyResponsibilities:1.FinancialLeadership:
    • Developand execute financial strategies that align with the goals andobjectives of each business unit and support growth andsustainability.
    • Providefinancial guidance and insights to senior management andstakeholders.
    2.Financial OperationsManagement:
    • Overseedaytoday financial operations including budgeting financialreporting and cash flowmanagement.
    • Ensureaccurate and timely financial reporting for eachentity.
    • Establish andmaintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud errors andfinancialmismanagement.
    • FinancialPlanning andAnalysis:
    • Collaboratewith business unit leaders to create and manage annualbudgets.
    • Performfinancial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunitiesforimprovement.
    • Identifyassess and mitigate financial risks that may impact theorganizations financialstability.
    4.EnsureCompliance:
    • Ensurecompliance with accounting standards regulations and taxrequirements.
    • Overseethe preparation and submission of financial reports and taxfilings.
    6.Audit and RiskManagement:
    • Coordinateexternal audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth auditprocess.
    • Lead andexecute inventory audit to optimise operationalefficiency.
    • Developand implement risk management strategies to safeguard the financialinterests of theorganization.
    PreferredskillsEducation:Bachelor s Degree in Accounting Finance or related field. AcertifiedCharteredAccountant(CA) qualification is amust.Experience:815 years of experience with a proven track record of success in asimilar role. industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Manufacturingindustry and relevant regulatoryrequirements.
    • Compliance:Experience in GST and other tax and statutorycompliances.
    • TechSavy: Proficient in the latest accountingsoftware.
    • LeadershipSkills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills with theability to inspire and develop a highperformingteam.
    • StrategicThinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to provide financialinsights and contribute to the companys overallstrategy.
    • AnalyticalSkills: Excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
