JobSummary:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibility is toensure the smooth and
efficient operation of ourwarehouse. You will oversee tasks related to receiving, dispatch,and
returns, while also maintaining a high standard ofcompliance with company policies and
procedures.
You'll be the key person to monitor ourwarehouse's performance and collaboratewith
internal and external partners to make improvementswhen needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving,Dispatch, and Returns:
Supervise the receiving process toensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming goods.
Manage the dispatch process to ensure orders are picked, packed,and shipped efficiently.
Handle returns efficiently andensure they are processed according to companyguidelines.

Partner Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate inventory needs andstock levels.
Maintain good communication with otherWarehouses, such as Gurgaon Warehouse Team ,
to ensure asmooth flow of goods.

Performance Monitoring:
Keep an eye on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related towarehouse operations.
Identify areas that requireimprovement and take necessary actions to meet or exceedKPI
targets.

Policy and ProcedureCompliance:
Ensure that all warehouse staff adhere tocompany policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe andorganized warehouseenvironment.

Qualifications:

To be successful inthis role, you should have:
Previous experience inwarehouse operations.
Strong communication and teamworkskills.
Ability to monitor and analyse dataeffectively.
Dedication to following company policies andprocedures.
