    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices from suppliers while ensuring that procurement processes align with company objectives. As a key player in the procurement function, you will manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and optimize the supply chain. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supplier Identification & Evaluation: Research and identify potential suppliers across various categories. Assess supplier capabilities based on factors such as cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines.
    • Negotiation & Procurement: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
    • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery.
    • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor global and regional market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks. Use market data to inform decision-making and align procurement strategies with industry best practices.
    • Procurement Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sourcing, operations, and logistics.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of sourced products and alignment with business goals.
    • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, purchase orders, and procurement activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation: Strong experience in sourcing products and evaluating suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
    • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes for the company.
    • Market Analysis & Procurement Optimization: Ability to assess market trends, identify sourcing opportunities, and optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency.
    • Supply Chain Management: Solid understanding of supply chain operations and the ability to manage procurement activities from order to delivery.
    • Vendor Relationship Management: Experience in managing supplier relationships and resolving issues proactively to maintain quality and reliability.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and interact with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Independent & Onsite Work: Ability to work independently in an onsite environment while managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management role, preferably in the B2B sector.
    • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
