    About the Client:

    A global engineering, research & development (ERD) services company.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Drive end-to-end business growth initiatives independently, focusing on both nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
    • Coordinate sales activities across various departments, engaging with key stakeholders such as CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and R&D teams.
    • Identify, assess, and qualify new business opportunities.
    • Consistently achieve net new revenue targets.
    • Craft and articulate compelling value propositions to progress sales discussions.
    • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract approvals to secure deals.
    • Cultivate trust-based relationships and strategic partnerships leveraging expertise in both business and technology domains.
    • Tap into existing client networks and past professional connections to expand business opportunities.
    • Utilize social selling strategies to bolster personal and organisation's brand presence.
    • Collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and fellow sales professionals to develop bespoke solutions for clients.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, macroeconomic shifts, emerging business models, and technological advancements.
    • Monitor competitor activities to gain insights and develop tailored strategies for each account.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business development plan to drive sales success.
    • Regularly review sales pipelines and pursuit details with leadership to ensure targets are met.

    Preferred Skills:

    • B.E./B.Tech/MBA or any equivalent degree
    • Experience in selling Engineering services inCommunication Technology/ISV & Media domain for India geography
    • Handled a portfolio accounts of 5-10 million and experience in delivering services
    • Experience in acquiring new logos and managing growth of existing clients.
    • Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models
    • Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing a sale
