    Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support. 2. Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions for clients in the healthcare domain. 3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. 5. Ensure that the solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). 6. Conduct code reviews, quality assurance, and testing to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. 8. Maintain and improve existing Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues or bugs that arise. 9. Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.

    Requirements: 1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on the healthcare domain. 3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud. 4. Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and 5. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools, such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica. 6. Strong understanding of cloud computing, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. 7. Experience with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant compliance requirements. 8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 9. Strong leadership and team management skills. 10. Certifications in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
