- Ownership of business development
- Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at CXO/CFO levels
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products (salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
- Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
