    Graphy Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new enterprise clients and driving significant revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients in EdTech and content creator's category.
    2. Utilize proven outbound sales skills (1-2 years' experience in SaaS preferred) to confidently engage and convert leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
    3. Generate qualified leads through effective social media outreach across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and .
    4. Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
    5. Implement account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
    6. Gain a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
    7. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve shared goals.
    8. Experience working with content creators is a valuable asset.
    9. Embrace new technologies and demonstrate strong adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.

    Qualifications:

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
