    Estamos buscando un/a QA Lead talentoso/a y experimentado/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo.

    Como QA Lead, serás responsable de liderar el equipo de aseguramiento de calidad, desarrollando estrategias de pruebas. Si eres apasionado/a por la calidad del software y tienes habilidades de liderazgo, te queremos en nuestro equipo

    Responsabilidades:

    • Liderar y gestionar el equipo de QA, proporcionando orientación y apoyo.
    • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de pruebas, casos de prueba y estrategias de automatización.
    • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para garantizar que los requisitos de calidad se cumplan en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del desarrollo.
    • Identificar, documentar y rastrear defectos y problemas de calidad utilizando herramientas de seguimiento de errores.
    • Implementar y mantener frameworks de automatización de pruebas.
    • Participar en reuniones de revisión de código y diseño para proporcionar feedback sobre calidad y usabilidad.
    • Realizar análisis de riesgos y asegurar la cobertura adecuada de pruebas.
    • Reportar métricas de calidad y progreso de pruebas a los stakeholders.
    Requirements

    Requisitos:

    • Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o campo relacionado.
    • Ingles avanzado.
    • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad de software, con al menos 1 años en un rol de liderazgo.
    • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de pruebas (e.g., TestRail, JIRA).
    • Conocimiento de frameworks de automatización (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
    • Habilidad en lenguajes de programación como Java, Python o JavaScript.
    • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
    • Conocimiento en SQL y capacidad para realizar consultas complejas.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

    Deseables:

    • Certificaciones en QA o pruebas de software.
    • Experiencia con CI/CD y herramientas de integración continua (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
