Creative Design:
Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for variousmediums including digital and printmaterials. Developand maintain a consistent visual brand identity across allplatforms.

Targeted AudienceUnderstanding:
Research and understand our target audience to create designs thatresonate with their preferences andinterests.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align design strategies withoverall marketinggoals.

Content Creation:
Generate engaging and effective visual content for social mediawebsite email campaigns and other marketingchannels. DesignYouTube thumbnails social media posts and other promotionalmaterials. Createvisually compelling and shareable content tailored for eachplatform.

Adaptability:
Stayupdated on design trends and tools ensuring our designs remainfresh modern and aligned with industrystandards. Quicklyadapt to feedback and make necessary revisions todesigns.

Collaboration:
Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including marketing productdevelopment and sales to ensure design aligns with companyobjectives.
Collaborate with content creators and video producers to designthumbnails and graphics for YouTubevideos. Collaboratewith external vendors and agencies for specialised designneeds.


Qualifications:


Experience:

Provenexperience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasinga range of design work including YouTube thumbnails and socialmediaposts.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign).Experience with multimedia design and video editing tools is aplus. Familiaritywith tools for creating social media graphics and YouTubethumbnails.

Creativity andInnovation:
Strongcreative thinking and problemsolvingskills. Ability tothink outside the box and bring innovativeideas.
