- Troubleshooting SPI & AI software issue and providing user-support to project resources
- Application database maintenance activities.
- Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user satisfaction
- Any Customization required for project deliverable's in SPI and AI
- Knowledge of info maker to SPI customization
- Implement automation tools that will benefit the project deliverable's
- Utilize SPI & AI reporting to assist monitoring design quality and progress.
- Prepare Project specific job notes and provide application trainings for designers and Admin.
- Gain a full understanding of the scope, overall schedule, deliverables, milestones and coordination procedure.

- Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience of SPI & AIAdministration.
- In-depth working knowledge of SPI & AItools.
- Experience in conducting applications training and user support.
- Knowledge of Engineering workflow in an EPC environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Writing SQL Queries, custom commands and Visual basic .Net
