Sales Manager - Bengaluru, India - SJP ULTRASONICS PVT LTD - LASER DIVISION
Description
You will be covering all India and will have to travel all over India whenever required.
Your focus would be in marketing & selling of our products which are Laser Welding, Laser Cutting and Laser Marking.
Product sales by implementing sales plans.
To manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
To Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff.
Review progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Candidate must have sold any Injection Molding Machinery.
