    Lead Recruiter(IT)


    Responsibilities:
    1.


    Candidate Sourcing:
    Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels,
    such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and
    referrals.

    Resume Screening:
    Review resumes and applications to identify qualified
    candidates who meet the requirements of specific positions.
    3.


    Phone Screening:
    Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates'
    qualifications, skills, and interest in the role.

    Interview Coordination:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates,
    hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    5.


    Candidate Communication:
    Maintain regular communication with candidates
    throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering
    feedback.

    Candidate Evaluation:
    Assist in assessing candidates' suitability for specific
    positions by evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    Applicant Tracking:
    Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to
    manage candidate data, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.

    Recruitment Support:
    Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,
    including preparing interview materials, drafting job descriptions, and posting
    job ads.

    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment,
    preferably in a senior or leadership role.

    Education:
    bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
