- Proven experience or education in tele calling or sales
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to engage customers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and engage them in conversations
