    ROLE:
    CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA)
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our company's finance team.

    As a CA in our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

    Your expertise will contribute to the company's financial growth and success.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Preparing tax plans and ensuring adherence to compliance calendar about all direct and indirect taxes. Conversant with GST and Income Tax rules.

    Handling tax payment & filing of Returns - Co-coordinating, filling & and submission timely returns for compliance under income tax and GST rules.

    TDS/withholding tax compliances.
    AR/AP management including creation and vendor bank charges.
    Secretarial and MCA filing support.
    Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
    Monitor and improvise on the accounting systems and processes.
    Prepare monthly financial reports and various data for business teams as per their requirements.
    Control the master data of the general register.
    preparing weekly & and monthly accurate financial reports and completeness of accounts, reconciling balances.
    Monthly physical stock count with yard coordinator
    Management and control of A/R and A/P
    Fixed Assets accounting and ensuring control over day-to-day transactions
    IC topics include payments, recompilation, and documentation of transfer pricing


    KEY ATTRIBUTES
    CA or Master's degree in finance or related field.
    Minimum of 5-6 years in managing accounting operations of a mid-size MNC preferably from the Manufacturing Industry
    Proven working experience in Financial Reporting
    Experience with creating financial statements
    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
    Being flexible and willing to work long hours
    Working Knowledge of reconciliation tool
    Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Good command of Excel is required
    Ability to meet tight deadlines
    Is a team player
