    The SAS team in Infrastructure - TDI is seeking for a Scrum Master in the Finance Data Warehouse.

    The Scrum Master actively lives and promotes an agile mindset and culture, hence a Culture of trust, transparency and empowerment. Scrum Master solves disruptive factors (impediments) medium complexity independently, so that the team without essential interruption can work. A Scrum Master advises the creation of user stories and the prioritization of the backlog. Designs and conduct training for the team, providing best practice examples from the organization. A Scrum Master uses coaching techniques to help people to develop, engage and motivate. Supports the team the identification of product improvements and further developments.

  • Rough understanding of the content of the application
  • Integration into the existing team
  • Organization of an international team distributed over various locations
  • Close cooperation with the Algorithmic Solutions team (AlgoS) and other stakeholders
  • Rough understanding of the functional requirements provided by AlgoS
  • Coordination of the Implementation of the requirements
  • Organization and participation of and on regular meetings following the agile working model () being a part of a squad and chapter
  • Organization of Know-how sharing and knowledge transfer within the team
  • Close collaboration with domain architecture team
  • Your skills and experience

    Experience and Education

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in SAS programming
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position in an agile environment
  • Experience with international and over different location distributed teams
  • Experience with testing environments and the development of test cases
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal)
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility regarding problem solving, open minded, able to share information.
  • Desirable

  • Knowledge in financial business, especially in the counterparty credit risk area
