    Position: Staffing Manager - Business Development

    Job Description:

    As a Staffing Manager focused on business development, your primary responsibility is to drive growth and expansion of the staffing services offered by the organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting staffing solutions to meet their workforce needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand the organization's staffing services. Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients to pursue new business opportunities.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their staffing requirements, challenges, and goals, and propose customized staffing solutions to meet their needs.
    3. Sales and Marketing: Actively promote the organization's staffing services to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing initiatives. Develop sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to showcase the organization's capabilities.
    4. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored staffing solutions that align with client objectives.
    5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive staffing proposals and contracts to clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition, pricing structure, and service offerings to secure new business opportunities.
    6. Negotiation and Contract Management: Engage in negotiation discussions with clients to finalize contract terms and conditions. Ensure all contractual agreements are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    7. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential market segments and emerging staffing needs.
    8. Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects. Provide clear and accurate job requirements to recruiters, monitor progress, and address any client concerns or issues.
    9. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing or recruitment industry.
    • Strong knowledge of staffing services, including temporary staffing, direct-hire placements, and workforce management solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex staffing concepts to clients.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business development goals.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to understand client needs and develop customized staffing solutions.
    • The results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
