    Description

    Automation Engineer – Zscaler Focused

    Contract: 9+ Months

    Location: Remote

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive adoption of Itential for Zscaler workflow automation
    • Automate BAU requests, standard changes, reporting, and App/Cloud Connector deployments
    • Integrate workflows with ServiceNow
    • Translate Palo Alto Networks firewall policies into Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) configurations
    • Establish scalable automation standards

    Required Skills:

    Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA), Itential, ServiceNow integration, Palo Alto firewalls, Python/API automation.
