- Review data in CE to required format/fields to ensure they are completed correctly.
- Work with employees to obtain complete information.
- Coordinate with the Administration team as needed.
- Review opportunities for missing information, research and populate as needed.
- Compare data from CE to the Hub for existing customers.
- Special projects as needed by Finance or Marketing
- Graduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train end-users and collaborate with other departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Willingness to ask questions and offer recommendations for improvement.
