    Description

    Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
    • Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing in both Tamil and English
    • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive conversions and sales
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources
    • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
    • Handle customer objections confidently and close sales effectively
    • Provide excellent customer service by answering queries and resolving concerns promptly
    • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product information, or support
    • Share customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement

    Personal Profile / Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Tamil and English
    • Confident, energetic, and motivated to meet sales targets
    • Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
    • Self-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software
