    About the role:


    As the City Operations Head, you will be entrusted with leading the entire supply chain operations of Flipkart's Q commerce business.

    This pivotal role also includes the crucial responsibility of ensuring high Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), which directly impacts the business's top line growth.


    You are responsible for:

    • Lead and oversee all aspects of city operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management.
    • Drive lowest cost store operations while maintaining ontime delivery performance.
    • Develop and enhance the lastmile network, focusing on robust recruitment pipelines.
    • Ensure optimal instock levels and product availability to meet customer demands.
    • Own the serviceability of the entire city, continually assessing the interplay between stores and making informed decisions on new store openings and network expansion.
    • Uphold high NPS standards, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Foster team development and provide training initiatives to maintain a skilled workforce while managing attrition levels.
    • Implement store layout optimizations and Kaizen methodologies to achieve bestinclass PicktoDelivery (P2D) performance.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders affecting store operations.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency through process optimization and innovation.
