Assistant Manager(Operations)


RolesandResponsibility:
Placing orders tovendors
Product purchaseplanning
Manage and liaison with freight andforwarders
Processing of placed orders/ generatinginvoices
Responsible for preparing shippingdocuments such as Commercial Invoices AWBEWay
billsetc. for ongoingshipments.
Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoinggoods
Responding/In territory to customermessages in ecommerceplatforms.
Coordinating with 3pl team to process theorder ontime.
Complete responsibility of team output/KRA.
Complete responsibility of the entirewarehouseoperations.
Complete responsibility of the stores.
Goods inside thewarehouse.
Should take care of labour management andresponsible for the daytodayoutput.
Make sure that all the received orders areverifieddispatched.
Manager and liaison with customs HouseAgent for timelyclearance
Manage and reduce the cost of importpurchase.

Requirements

Basicrequirements:
anygraduation

Min experience in 5 years oflogistics/courier/ ecommerce platforms/warehouse.
Min 80% aggregate throughout thesemester
Complete ownership of the orders beenplaced.
Complete ownership of the orders beendispatched.
Flexible and capable enough to handle atleast 10 members of theteam.
Complete responsibility for the entire opsteamsperformance
Handling logistics partners and vehiclevendors.
Knowledge of cities in zonewise ordistrictwise
Proficiency in MS Excel ismandatory
