    Business Development Manager


    Objectives of this Role:

    • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings for the Automotive & Industrial segments.
    • Identify target accounts in Automotive & Industrial each industry and map our solutions.


    Ability to establish client relationships across hierarchies - VP, R & D heads, Group Heads, Project Managers- in the target organizations.

    Aggressively acquire new Logos/accounts - Onboard new Accounts with end-to-end responsibility - identification, qualification, prospecting, and closure.

    Proficient in account management of existing customers to improve the wallet share.

    Create sufficient pipeline of opportunities to meet agreed and assigned targets for funnel size, bookings, billings and collections. Targets for FY24 and long term will be discussed by your manager with you.

    About 50-60 % of time is expected to meet customers, prospects in person.

    Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships


    Work closely with the delivery team of the IBU & MBU, as well as with the sales teams of other group companies to develop existing group accounts.

    Adhere to review cadence, update CRM, create regular reports

    Prepare & execute revenue & growth plan for every account. Forecast sales & revenues on a periodic basis, tactical planning & execution to plug revenue shortfall, if any.

    Travel within India , primarily Pune, Chennai to start with.


    Skills :

    • Sales, business development, account management
    • Understanding of automotive, industrial, appliances and Electronics industries.
    • Knowledge of latest technology trends
    • Experience of working at all levels, including CxO is essential
    • Very good communication skills

    Work Experience :

    • 10 + Years sales of engineering services in Automotive selling product engineering services to Automotive, Tier1 OEM's
