We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Associate at Hyatt Goa in Bambolim, IN. This is an hourly/entry-level employee position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and assisting in the achievement of departmental sales and marketing targets. They will work closely with our operations and administrative teams to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in hotel operations or a related field A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
