    Senior Brand Manager - OTC / Pharma


    Developing the Marketing & Brand management strategy to drive topline & bottom-line performance of the assigned Brand /Product categories/Portfolio in line with the organizational goal.


    • Responsible for executing all marketing and branding activities while maintaining Brand focus internally & externally.
    • Analyse and provide consumer, category, and market information on Brand/ Portfolio.
    • Analyze data to generate insights on what is working/not working and recommend way forward.
    • Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand objective
    • Ensure effective media evaluation & planning to attain maximum ROI.
    • Work with the Creative & Media agency partners to develop and implement brand plans.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as PR, Packaging, Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations to achieve larger objectives.
    • Leading consumer studies for insight mining and assisting in conceptualization of new ideas, assessment of feasibility of newly identified product /extension concepts/innovations and goto market execution for the assigned Brand/Product Portfolio for improved market performance (e.g., market share, profitability etc.).
    • Managing Ontime launch of new projects /NPD as per committed timeframe and planning and driving activities relating to communication development, marketing initiatives (in terms of advertising, promotion, schemes etc) for the assigned Brand/Product portfolio.
