    Job Summary :

    Hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3 to 6 years of work experience and hands-on experience in D2C marketing for a Bangalore-based, Series A, well-funded footwear brand founded by international shoe experts from the U.S.

    , Italy, and India.

    The company has been growing by 2x year-on-year with a proven track record in both B2B and e-commerce channels, with growing demand for exports.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc
    • Develop and manage paid search, display other performancebased marketing initiatives.

    Data Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including clickthrough rates, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
    • Use datadriven insights to adjust strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and improve campaign performance on a daily basis.

    Keyword and Audience Research:

    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and content strategies.
    • Define and target specific audience segments to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.

    Ad Creative and Landing Page Optimization:

    • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
    • Continuously A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing page elements to improve conversion rates.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and product groups and monitoring of spends to achieve the best possible results.

    SEO and SEM Integration:

    • Integrate performance marketing efforts with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to create a holistic approach to online visibility.

    Reporting and Reporting Tools:

    • Prepare regular reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, key insights, and recommended actions.
    • Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, to track and assess results.

    Testing and Experimentation:

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, and implement innovative strategies to improve performance Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • D2C experience is a must
    • Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing paid advertising campaigns for Ecommerce brands.
    • Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads and others.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus.
    • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Certification in relevant advertising platforms is preferred.
