- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc
- Develop and manage paid search, display other performancebased marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including clickthrough rates, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- Use datadriven insights to adjust strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and improve campaign performance on a daily basis.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and content strategies.
- Define and target specific audience segments to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Continuously A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing page elements to improve conversion rates.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and product groups and monitoring of spends to achieve the best possible results.
- Integrate performance marketing efforts with search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to create a holistic approach to online visibility.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations that highlight campaign performance, key insights, and recommended actions.
- Utilize analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, to track and assess results.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends, and implement innovative strategies to improve performance Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- D2C experience is a must
- Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing paid advertising campaigns for Ecommerce brands.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads and others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Certification in relevant advertising platforms is preferred.
