We at QI Spine are hiring for the role of Area Business Manager to maximise sales and revenue

1. Optimize revenue and sales in a process driven manner through best practices across clinics

2. Build seamless communication channels till the lowest layer for passing on regular targets and performance goals

3. Drive footfall conversions across clinics and work closely with the team of front desk executives and patient counsellors

4. Own the P&L of North Zone independently

5. Work closely with all Clinic Heads to understand challenges and solve for them timely

6. Coordinate with all central teams on effective resolutions and improvements in process basis feedback from clinic teams

7. Initiate myriad local marketing activities to drive footfalls

8. Work on business development for North Zone to onboard like-minded partners and business associates
