- MD or equivalent degree in Psychiatry
- Valid license to practice Psychiatry
- Good understanding of child and adolescent development and psychopathology
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards the needs of children and adolescents
- Strong ethical and professional standards
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of children and adolescents to assess mental health needs
