    Description

    The opportunity

    We are looking for Associate Manager – Supply chain analytics, proficient in Operation Research, Machine Learning and Python Programming will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions applying Operation research, Machine Learning and other Advanced Analytics techniques which will be used to implement the EY SaT mergers and acquisition methodologies.

    A Supply chain Analyst at EY:

  • Good understanding of the supply chain process -> Provide end-to-end supply chain analysis from procurement, planning, warehousing, transportation, customer service to the final delivery.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on supply chain processes and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply operational research methods for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Develop data visualization and dashboard for supply chain operations management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and align on supply chain strategy and execution.
  • Support new product introduction, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

    • Key Skills

    Operational Research models such as Linear Programming, Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Demand Forecasting, etc. OR tools like Supply chain Guru, AIMMS, Google OR etc. Computational Thinking and Programming, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing & Generation, Speech and Audio Processing and Analysis, Client Handling & Communication, Problem solving / critical thinking, Analytical Thinking, Interest and passion for Technology, Knowledge of Python is must

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on supply chain processes and performance data to drive continuous improvement.

    • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience of managing teams on Projects focusing on Supply chain, Data Science and Communicating results to clients
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing Operation research model like MIP, Meta Heuristic, & Machine Learning Models- experience of deployment in Azure is preferred
  • Conceptually Strong in areas of Linear and Non-Linear Regression, Statistics, Time Series Forecasting, Linear and Non-Linear Optimization
  • Experience in working with Natural Language Processing Techniques
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of programming in Python, Operation Research
  • Minimum of 3 years experience MS-SQL
  • Familiar with PowerBI
  • Familiar with PostGreSQL
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and principles of product development such as installation, upgrade and namespace management
  • Willingness to mentor team members
  • Solid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport within the firm and win the trust of the clients
  • Willingness to travel extensively and to work on client sites / practice office locations
