    We have an exciting opportunity for Editorial Researchers in our friendly and dynamic World of Learning team, within our Europa Publications division. A well-established brand, Europa brings out a range of annual reference publications including the Europa World of Learning, which is widely acclaimed as the premier source of information on the academic sphere worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Search for factual information on the Internet to update content such as contact details and names of administrative staff, for each academic institution present in the database.
    • Modify text according to the Style Guide and Abbreviations list.
    • Monitor news on the higher education sector worldwide, collate relevant articles, and update content as it happens.
    • Proofread PDFs

    Please note: This is an editorial content development role and does not involve copy editing or writing.

    Qualifications
    • A Bachelors or Masters degree.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • A fine eye for detail.
    • Aptitude for searching for information on the Internet.
    • Proficiency in a foreign language would be an added advantage.
    • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • A demonstrable interest in the higher education vertical.
    • Basic knowledge of XML/HTML would be a plus.
    • Prior experience in print or online publishing – web research/content writing/copyediting – would be preferable though not essential.
    Additional Information

    This role is based at our India - New Delhi office.

    You must have the right to live and work in India.
