Software Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to collaborate with our development team. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing efficient software solutions using various programming languages and frameworks.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software design and development principles, including experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in multiple coding languages and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement algorithms and flowcharts in collaboration with developers
Develop clean and efficient code based on specifications
Integrate software components and third-party programs
Verify and deploy programs and systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
Gather and evaluate user feedback
Recommend and execute improvements
Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g., AngularJS, Git)
Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)
Ability to learn new languages and technologies
Excellent communication skills
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
Attention to detail
BSc/BA / BE. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
