Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Social Media Account Manager. The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer engagement and growth across various social media channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts and implementing successful social media campaigns
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create compelling and engaging content
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of basics of SEO and content marketing
• Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
